This engagement photoshoot in Italian (well more pre wedding) city Gorizia made me a bit nostalgic. I need to admit that everything concerning Italy attracted me since I can remember. Not really sure why but Italian culture, food, towns, even language have always been close to me. Maybe because I live very close to Italy and we have spend a lot of days shopping in Gorizia with my parents when I was a kid. Or it might be something else but when I was walking this streets with Sara and Urban a lot of nice memories came into my mind.
Later when talking for a while we have found that we share this attraction towards Italy. That attraction was the reason they chose Gorizia as a photoshoot location. I got the feeling that their wedding will also be a bit “Italian style” so I am really looking forward. Also their location in Goriška brda should be great. However I have enjoyed their company being so relaxed and open minded.
We were postponing this photoshoot for quite a while and we almost canceled this one, too, as it was raining an hour before our meeting. But having two great people beside and a ton of good will was a great recipe for some awesome photography. No matter the weather.
