A little something about me. I am a not just a wedding photographer. I am a human in the first place. Just like you. For me FAMILY comes first.

My name is Nejc Bole and this is my STORY. I come from a small town in Vipava valley, Slovenia. I am a WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER. Surrounded by nature while growing up shaped me into an outdoor enthusiast. I spend a lot of my time outside with my FAMILY and our dog. I owe everything to my them. Specially to my wife that supports me in what I do. She is my biggest critique, biggest fan and most importantly, my biggest inspiration. We have been together for more than 15 years and we have three lovely kids. We are following our DREAMS and live our life to the fullest, trying to enjoy every moment.

My story is called LIFE.

I am a family man and have a huge respect for MARRIAGE. That’s why I am honoured to have you here considering to invite me to be your WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER. Weddings are amazing celebrations, full of happiness, laughter, EMOTIONS, tears of joy. I will capture this moments for you. I want to be a part of this JOURNEY and document it in it’s purest form. My way is a bit different.

My first goal is to build a connection with you. I want you to trust me and I want us to become more than just a client and a photographer. This way we can really create TOGETHER and the result will be way way better.

I don’t have a plot. I don’t stick to one story or one style. Every couple and their story is unique and so is my approach. All this to make sure that the photos you get will reflect the real you. Because these are your memories.

Frequently asked questions

HOW DO WE BOOK YOU?

I recommend that you first have a look at my pictures, so that you are sure that you like my style. If you like what you see, send me a message and tell me a little bit about your self and your wedding plans. When you are ready to book me, we’ll sign a contract and a deposit of 20% is requested.

WHERE CAN WE GET A PRICE LIST?

Please send me a message and I’ll tell you all about my packages! I have a number of packages as a starting point, but everything is custom made to suit your needs.

DO WE MEET UP BEFORE THE WEDDING?

Absolutely! I love to get to know my clients better, so we will definitely meet up for a cup of coffee. I also use Skype and Facetime if you are from far away. Meeting is also a perfect time for you to get all your questions answered in person and we can go over the wedding day step by step.

HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL WE GET?

Every wedding is different and it all depends on the length of the day and what is going on. When I know more about your day, I’ll give you a minimum number of images that you can expect.

DO YOU GIVE US UNEDITED FILES?

Nope. It’s like ordering raw chicken at a restaurant. The job is simply not done yet, and it’s not professional. I edit every single one of my images.

HOW DO WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?

When your images are ready they will be available for you on a beautiful online gallery that is password protected. From there you can download all your images, create favourite lists and share them with your friends and family. I will also send them to your address on a USB stick. All images are high-resolution jpg files.

WHAT CAN WE DO WITH THEM?

You will always have unlimited personal use of the images. That means that you can do how many copies you want and share them freely with family and friends. Your images won’t have any nasty watermarks, but if you publish them on the internet I’ll ask you to kindly acknowledge me as the photographer.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR IT TO RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?

Delivery time varies depending on what month you get married. December through June weddings can expect to have their images within 3-4 weeks. July through November weddings will be delivered 4-6 weeks after the wedding.

THAT’S GREAT! WHAT ABOUT AN ALBUM?

On request beautiful albums are available as a memory, or maybe a gift to your parents, bridesmaids and groomsmen after the wedding? A lot of my packages already include an album.

HOW MUCH TIME DO WE NEED TO RESERVE FOR THE BRIDE&GROOM PORTRAITS?

This is a tricky question. It all depends on the result you are looking for. If you just want a couple of images for the thank you cards you don’t need to reserve a bunch of time, but if you want beautiful images of you and your loved one as a memory, I’ll recommend that you reserve about an hour.

WHAT’S THE BEST TIME OF THE DAY FOR PORTRAITS?

The most amazing light is an hour or a couple of hours before sunset. The light is soft and beautiful, and you won’t get any sharp shadows. However, I’ll make it work any time of the day so don’t stress to much about it! 🙂 I’ll always recommend to couples that want to take their portraits during the day, that they should consider popping outside for about 10 minutes after the dinner for some beautiful soft light pictures.

Always! I shoot with 2 cameras and always have a backup one in a bag.
