I am always honored to photograph a Vipava valley wedding. First because this is my home valley and I believe it is one of the most picturesque destinations in our country and even Europe. Second because of the people. I’m not only talking about Neja and Nejc, the newlyweds. Most of the people living here are so relaxed, opened and nice.
I know all couples that are getting married are in love. Well, hopefully! But one could just feel some kind of special connection and chemistry between these two. And they infected all the guests with their positive energy to made the day one of a kind.
I am used that church ceremonies are usually more emotional but this time it was different. I was really surprised by the registar at the civil ceremony. She new the bride well and her speech was really personal and heartwarming. She made us all smile and I am sure she made most of the guests shad some tears.
